A NEW CHAPTER FOR THE CINÉMA-THÉÂTRE CARTIER
Kim Pham, partner and architect, had the honor of unveiling the revitalization project of the former Cinéma-Théâtre Cartier, alongside Fabienne Colas, the new owner, and her special guest, Spike Lee, at the opening of the 20th edition of the Montreal International Black Film Festival.
The future Théâtre Colas, located in Saint-Henri, will be dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the visual arts and cultural sector. With nearly 500 seats in the main hall, two screening rooms, a cocktail lounge, and an exhibition gallery on the upper floor, the future Théâtre Colas will be more than just a venue but a vibrant space for creativity and connection, where artists from all backgrounds can express themselves freely.
Our team is honored to contribute to this ambitious project by the Fabienne Colas Foundation, which aligns deeply with NEUF’s core values.
